Let’s Get Inspired! Inspiration can hit at any time and with the oddest things.
When I was out thrifting in Indiana, learn more about that trip HERE, when I found this AMAZING vintage market tote. It just spoke to me! I believe it said something like ” hey there, I would look so great in your summer displays with strawberries”
Ok well maybe it didn’t talk to me like that, but it did come home with me!
My idea was to mix old and new.
I absolutely adore vintage. If you have been around for a while you know that, but I also love to mix in new things too. It was the start of a beautiful collaboration with Antique Farmhouse
I was so honored when I got asked to collaborate with Antique Farmhouse to create vignettes in my home mixing the two.
The market tote just had the look and colors that reminded me of early Saturday mornings at the farmer’s market.
I would fill that tote with so many fresh goodies and I couldn’t wait to get home to create some amazing dish. Strawberries are one of the items you can not pass by at the market. The sweet smell just draws you over and we never leave without a few containers.
The HUGE Strawberry wall decor just shows my love of this sweet fruit!
What about this this distressed wood-tiered tray. It is the staple in any farmhouse decor. The best part of this piece is the versatility. I will style and restyle this piece 1,000 times in its lifetime. IT is the background for most of my displays

The adorable strawberry sign is the PERFECT size for a tiered tray. Look how sweet it is snuggled in with the two other items.

Adding the pops of red in my kitchen just makes me so happy.
Summer is full of reds with Memorial Day and Fourth of July. I wanted to start the season early with strawberries.
Another adorable sign, Strawberry by the pound behind the stove is such a fun focal point. And of course, there is the vintage strawberry cookie jar. It has just the right amount of tattered and torn.

The Red Post box has so much versatility also. I love it here with greenery, but it can be used throughout the year in so many ways. The vintage strawberry sign and mugs are some of my other vintage favorites. You can find them and more in my MY SHOP

And let’s not forget that Antique Farmhouse also carries some amazing found items.
This seltzer bottle is one of them. It is perfect for a bar display or I love it here with my strawberry milkshake set up.

I think one of my favorite items is this Stoneware Canister Set. They come in a set of three. To me, they are just the perfect size for my space. I am storing my coffee and sugar in two of them and the other is where I hide the dog treats, shhhhhhh……. don’t tell!
And if you are a coffee drinker and love vintage style, you may want to check out the SMEG coffee maker. It comes in other colors and is such a cute addition to any kitchen decor.
I hope you have enjoyed seeing and reading about how I integrated these items into my everyday decor for summer. Please hope over to www.antiquefarmhouse.com to view this entire collection.
