When fall rolls around we all start to think about making our homes feel more warm and cozy. Well copper can be a wonderful way to create that warmth you are searching for.
If you have been following along in farmhouse decor trends, you will notice copper has made a comeback.

I wanted to change things up this year in my own kitchen by adding a few pieces of copper mixed in with my woods and whites.
Having a mixture of textures is also very important when creating a space.

You can see here how I mixed my woods and white ironstone with the copper, but I also added in some softness with a vintage apron hanging on the peg rack.

You can have warmth with a simple color pallet. The copper become the star of the show here.

Gold is another beatiful color to add in to your fall decor. The warm color of this frame plus the browns and whites of the painting are perfect here.

Behind my stove I added a large wooden back drop to highlight the copper pan. You can see I added some softness with a hand towel. The dried flowers are a cute contrast.

Don’t forget that fruit and veggies can be beautiful home decor accents.

The chippy stool is a great spot for more of my favorite items. These vintage bread boards are happy to share this space with the oil and vinager and copper pots.

I hope this gives you some inspiration and some ideas of how you can add warmth with copper this season.
